New Beneficiary Satisfaction System Launched at Kataragama Divisional Secretariat

The Kataragama Divisional Secretariat has introduced a new **Beneficiary Satisfaction Measuring System** for the **“EKTG” programme**. The system was officially launched with the participation of **Monaragala District Secretary Mr. A. G. Nishantha**. This initiative allows beneficiaries to provide feedback regarding public services and welfare programmes. The system will help improve transparency, efficiency, and service quality while strengthening government service delivery in the Kataragama area.
